Privacy Policy

Words & Numbers Game can be played without creating a named account. When online multiplayer is used, Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous user identifier so the game can distinguish players and maintain a room session.

You can also sign in with Google to create or access a game account. Firebase Authentication processes the account identifier, email address and profile information supplied by the sign-in provider.

Online play may process the following information:

• the nickname you choose;
• an anonymous Firebase user identifier;
• room code, room settings, language and game mode;
• readiness, connection and participation status;
• round scores, completion status and elapsed time; and
• timestamps needed to coordinate online matches.

Other players in the same room can see your nickname, readiness or connection status, round results, scores and ranking.

The game stores preferences and gameplay statistics locally on your device. These may include language, sound and vibration settings, matches and rounds played, scores, valid words, longest word and number-game records.

Local statistics are not uploaded merely because you play a solo game. You can reset them from the Statistics screen. Removing the app may also remove locally stored information, depending on your device and backup settings.

We use the information described above to:

• create, join and operate multiplayer rooms;
• synchronize rounds and determine rankings;
• handle reconnection, host transfer and abandoned matches;
• save your selected settings and local statistics;
• maintain the security and integrity of the game; and
• respond to support, privacy or deletion requests.

We do not sell personal information. The app uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

Online multiplayer uses Google Firebase, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Google may process technical information necessary to provide, secure and maintain those services under its own terms and privacy practices.

Advertising is provided through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. These services may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address, general location inferred from the IP address, app interactions, ad interactions, diagnostics and other technical information needed to deliver, measure, secure and prevent fraud in advertising.

Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for your consent before eligible advertising data is used. You can accept, decline or manage the available choices in the consent message. Advertising availability and personalization may vary according to your location, device settings and consent selection.

You can learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information for advertising.

Device preferences and solo-game statistics remain on your device until you reset them, clear the app's data or uninstall the app, subject to device backup behavior.

Online room and match records may remain in Firebase until they are removed during maintenance or following a verified deletion request. We retain this information only as needed to operate, secure and support the multiplayer service.

To request deletion of your Words & Numbers Game (Bir Kelime Bir İşlem Oyunu) account and associated data, email Globyx Games at globyxgames@gmail.com with the subject “Account and data deletion”. Send the request from the email address used to sign in, and include your game nickname. For an anonymous account or a specific match, include the room code and approximate match date if available. We may ask for reasonable verification to locate and protect the correct account. You can make this request without reinstalling the app.

You can also use Delete Account on the app’s account screen. Account deletion removes the authentication account and associated profile, nickname reservation, friend connections, invitations and ranking entries. Shared match history may retain records needed for other players, with the deleted player’s name and avatar replaced. Contact us to request deletion of remaining data linked to you or deletion of particular data without deleting your account. Any necessary retained records are kept only for the multiplayer, security and support purposes described above.
